Kelly has a strong record of fighting hard and getting results for North Dakota. I am confident that he will take those values to Washington and be a strong voice for North Dakota families.”

North Dakota Republican Party Chairman Rick Berg opened the event and stressed the need for party unity in this election cycle. “Now is the time to follow Tom’s lead and come together behind one candidate. Today I am calling on all Republicans to get active and get excited because we will need your support to carry our message through November.”

Armstrong, a State Senator from Dickinson won the endorsement of the North Dakota Republican Party at the state convention held last weekend in Grand Forks.
